Should you engage The Jung Group to perform a retained search, you will be guaranteed our dedicated time and resources to recruit candidates. You will also be given a "first-refusal" option; in other words, we will identify and submit our top candidates for your review and will not present them to any other clients until you release them.
Payment for retained searches includes a retainer fee of a percentage of the estimated base salary, with the remaining percentage to be paid at the time of placement.
If we recruit the person that you hire, our standard fees are calculated as a percentage of the first year’s base salary.
